Prayer of St. Simeon
Almighty God,
mercifully look upon our infirmities:
that whereas we are afflicted by the burden of our sins;
the glorious intercession of thy Martyr and Bishop blessed Simeon may be our succour and defense.
Through Jesus Christ our Lord,
who lives and reigns with you and the Holy Spirit,
one God,
for ever and ever.
