At Caesarea in Mauritania, of Saint Arcadius, martyr, who, when hiding in the time of persecution and a kinsmen was captured on his account, voluntarily handed himself over to the judge and refused to sacrifice to the gods, for which reason the most bitter punishments he suffered were perfected in martyrdom.
