On the day of 25 January
The feast of the Conversion of Saint Paul, to whom, as he made his way to Damascus still breathing threats and murder against the disciples of the Lord, Jesus revealed himself in glory to him on the road and chose him, so that, filled with the Holy Spirit, he might proclaim the Gospel of salvation among the gentiles, suffering many things for the sake of the name of Christ.
